Canceling/Rescheduling
In the event a customer needs to cancel/reschedule you may do so by contacting us via phone: (716)-908-3616 or email: Tidyytaylors@gmail.com with a 8Hr advance notice. If notice is not properly given there will be a $50 fee cancelation fee. In any unforseen event that is due to no-fault of the customer the $50 fee will not apply. Tidyy Taylors cleaning service will provide a 8 Hr notice to all customers if a cancelation is needed. In the event of dangerous inclement weather we will cancel/reschedule free of charge.

Refund Policy
In the event that any Customer or Cleaning related issues occur we ask that you contact us immediately at (716)-908-3616.If a customer is not satisfied with a indivisual worker or service performed an investigation will be performed immediately once we are notified. Depending on the results of the investigation a Refund or a Free Cleaning Session will be provided at the owner's discretion.

Customer Responsibilities
As courtesy to our staff at this time we are asking for all pets to be placed in a safe area away from area being cleaned or in a cage. This is for the safety of our staff and your pets alike. We do not use any harsh cleaning chemicals unless needed and we have exclusively pet friendly for a additional charge. If this safety rule is not implemented Tidy Taylors will not start services with possible cancelation/rescheduling at the customer's expense.

We Will Not
Tidy Taylor's cleaning service does not perform any duties that is not listed on our website. We do not perform any jobs that require ladders at this time unless it does not pose a safety risk and this will be at the discretion of the assigned cleaner.
